The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for leading visual design executions across digital and integrated campaigns. This role translates brand and campaign strategies into compelling visual concepts while maintaining high creative standards. The Senior Graphic Designer also mentors junior designers and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative work.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Execution
Develop strong visual concepts and design solutions across digital channels (social media, online ads, websites, landing pages, presentations, etc.)
Ensure design work aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Produce high-quality layouts, typography, illustrations, and visual assets
Review and refine creative outputs to maintain quality and consistency
Leadership & Collaboration
Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers
Collaborate with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Strategists, and Account teams
Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions
Provide constructive feedback and creative direction within the team
Project & Workflow Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors if needed
Ensure final deliverables meet both creative and technical requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields
4–7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a Digital or Creative Agency
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, branding, and campaign work
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma is a plus)
