The Digital Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital marketing and business data to generate actionable insights. This role supports decision-making across marketing, media, and product initiatives by transforming complex datasets into clear, meaningful recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Tracking
Collect and manage data from digital platforms (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, e-commerce platforms, etc.)
Ensure accurate tracking and measurement across digital touchpoints
Validate data quality and troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues
Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyze campaign, website, and user behavior data to identify trends and performance drivers
Develop actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes
Conduct funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and attribution analysis
Reporting & Visualization
Create dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio, Excel, or BI platforms
Translate data into clear stories and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Support regular performance reporting and ad-hoc analysis
Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with Media, Strategy, Product, and Account teams
Provide data support for campaign planning, optimization, and post-campaign reviews
Educate internal teams on data usage, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
