The Creative Content Specialist is responsible for creating engaging, relevant, and performance-driven content across digital platforms. This role combines creativity, storytelling, and strategic thinking to develop content that aligns with brand objectives, resonates with target audiences, and supports marketing and communication goals.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Ideation
Develop creative content ideas for digital platforms (social media, websites, campaigns, ads, videos, etc.)
Create and adapt content formats such as posts, captions, scripts, articles, and visual briefs
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, voice, and messaging guidelines
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video teams to produce high-quality content
Content Strategy & Performance
Support content planning and content calendars across multiple platforms
Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights and trends
Identify content opportunities based on audience behavior, trends, and platform best practices
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with Strategists, Account, and Media teams to align content with campaign objectives
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative workshops
Ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
Strong writing and storytelling skills in English (Thai is a plus, if applicable)
Understanding of major digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
